Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Engraving options might take an additional 1-2 days to dispatch. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once dispatched.

Tracking
All parcels include tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after dispatch.

Delivery Issues
FUMEHUB is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us with your order number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address will incur a re-delivery charge.

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery will be arranged at the customer’s expense.
